Job summary

A.G. Rhodes is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our Cobb community, located in Marietta, Georgia. The role involves supporting memory care residents with compassion and teamwork with LPNs and care partners.

Full-time and part-time positions require every other weekend shifts; the campus is near I-75 and offers a state-of-the-art Memory Care environment with private rooms and a strong culture of care.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA Certification is required.
• Experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred but training available for new CNAs.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA Certification
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train newly certified C.N.A.s
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Memory Care experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to foster team work with fellow LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
