Job summary

A.G. Rhodes is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) care partners for our Cobb community in Marietta. Positions require every other weekend (Sat/Sun) for full-time and part-time roles; PRN shifts require at least two per month.

Qualifications

• Current LPN License in good standing (GA or Multistate).
• One year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred but willing to train new grads.
• Experience in a Person Directed Care community preferred.
• Memory Care experience a plus.
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow LPN and CNA care partners.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Education
