Job summary

A.G. Rhodes in Georgia is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to support a compassionate elder-care environment. You will help maintain clean, safe spaces for residents and staff, contributing to a respectful, person-directed care culture.

The role requires day shifts with every other weekend, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a genuine passion for serving elders. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred.
• Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to foster team work with fellow care partners.
• Ability to complete Environmental services duties as needed.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Flexible and positive attitude.

Responsibilities
