Job summary

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Full-time Nursing Unit Manager for the Legacy Building in Cobb County. The role requires an active LPN or RN license and leadership experience to supervise a care team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while delivering compassionate elder care.

The position features a 7am-3pm schedule, Monday through Friday, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package aimed at supporting staff growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care/skilled nursing.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
• Demonstrated passion for working with elders.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with RN, LPN and CNA partners.
• Good documentation skills, experience with electronic charting.

Full-time Nursing Unit Manager Qualifications Include

• Current LPN or RN License in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required
• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required
• 1 year of experience in Supervisory/Management role
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
