Responsibilities

• Manage everything on site and be responsible for the centre's overall performance.
• Respond to challenges and solve problems to maintain operations.
• Give tours to prospective customers and demonstrate facilities.
• Upsell to existing customers to maximise revenue and occupancy.
• Ensure customers receive world-class service and become brand ambassadors for IWG.
