WRIGHT-CARE LTD is seeking a motivated Care Coordinator to join our growing team. You will oversee day-to-day running of our care service, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and smooth scheduling.

You will coordinate staff rotas, recruit and onboard new carers, deliver induction training, and attend operational meetings. Build relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Experience in health and social care is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and person-centred care ethos.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage staff rotas to cover all care visits efficiently.
  • Recruit new care staff, interview, and support onboarding.
  • Create and manage recruitment and promotional adverts across social media.
  • Deliver induction training and provide ongoing support to new employees.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to service development.
  • Promote care services and build relationships with clients and the community.
  • Develop, review, and maintain person-centred care plans.
  • Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide emergency cover for shifts when required.
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
