Jotun A/S in Sandefjord, Norway, is seeking an HRMS specialist to strengthen our Workday and HR technology capabilities within Group IT. You will work hands-on with HR systems, support daily operations, monitor performance, and resolve user requests in collaboration with HR and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in information technology, or an HR degree with strong interest in technology.
• Mindset focused on process improvement, new technology, innovation, and automation.
• Experience supporting or administering Workday is preferred.
• Some experience working with HR systems is important.
• Experience with Workday or other global HRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Agile mindset and embracing agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of Workday and other HR technology solutions, including system monitoring, user requests, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate testing, releases, updates, and maintenance activities to ensure stable and reliable HR services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, system configurations, and changes.
• Perform data management activities, including validation, quality assurance, data loads, and governance tasks across HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective HR technology services.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and improve the employee and manager experience through continuous improvement, automation, and HR technology best practices while ensuring governance and security standards.
