Job summary

Jotun is seeking an HRMS Solution Architect to lead and shape the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Workday HRMS platform. You will work with HR leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

You will influence HR services and employee experiences across the global organization, balancing technical excellence with practical, business-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, or an HR degree with strong interest in technology.
• Experience designing, configuring and supporting Workday solutions, including security, reporting and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, test and maintain secure, scalable HRMS solutions.
• Commitment to system governance, data quality, compliance and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve Workday HRMS configurations, security, data structures and processes.
• Translate business requirements into robust HRMS solutions across the Workday platform.
• Ensure consistency and scalability across Workday modules, reporting, integrations and security frameworks.
• Evaluate, design and implement new Workday capabilities and releases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable integration architecture.
• Establish governance standards for Workday configuration, security, data quality, testing and release management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and process improvements.
• Stay ahead of emerging HR technology trends to deliver forward-thinking solutions.
