• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, system configurations, and changes.
• Perform data management activities, including validation, quality assurance, data loads, and governance tasks across HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective HR technology services.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and improve the employee and manager experience through continuous improvement, automation, and HR technology best practices while ensuring governance and security standards.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are strengthening our HR technology capability to support efficient operations, strong employee experience, and scalable business processes. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in Workday and HR technology while working closely with HR, IT, and global business stakeholders. We are looking for a structured HRMS specialist who thrives in a dynamic operational environment, providing user support and solving practical challenges within HRMS (Workday). This role is suited to someone who enjoys working hands-on with systems, resolving issues, and ensuring that HR processes operate smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in HR operations, HR systems, or business support functions. As an HRMS specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of our HR technology landscape. You will be responsible for maintaining system quality, coordinating activities, and collaborating closely with HR and IT to deliver reliable and user-friendly HR services. The position is a part of our Group IT department at our head office in Sandefjord, Norway.
