We are looking for a structured HRMS Specialist who thrives in a dynamic operational environment, providing user support and solving practical challenges within HRMS (Workday).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in information technology, or an HR degree with strong interest in technology.
• Relevant professional experience may compensate for formal education.
• Experience supporting or administering Workday is preferred.
• Some experience working with HR systems is important.
• Experience with Workday or other global HRM systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of data quality and master data.
• Fluent English skills both written and spoken.
• You demonstrate an agile mindset and embrace agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of Workday and other HR technology solutions, including system monitoring, user requests, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate testing, releases, and maintenance activities to ensure stable and reliable HR services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, system configurations, and changes.
• Perform data management activities, including validation, quality assurance, data loads, and governance tasks across HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective HR technology services.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and improve the employee and manager experience through continuous improvement, automation, and HR technology best practices while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
