Job summary

Jotun A/S, headquartered in Sandefjord, Norway, seeks an HRMS Solution Architect to design, implement and continuously improve our Workday platform as part of Group IT. You will partner with HR leaders, IT teams and external vendors to deliver secure, scalable HR services and digital employee experiences across a global organization.

This hands-on role requires deep HRMS architecture expertise, strong Workday configuration and integration skills, and a proactive, agile mindset to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in information technology or an HR-related field.
• Experience designing, configuring and supporting Workday solutions (BP, security, reporting, integrations).
• Knowledge of governance, data quality, security and compliance for HRMS.
• Agile mindset with focus on process improvement and automation.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design configurations, security, integrations, data structures and business processes for HRMS.
• Translate business requirements into robust Workday solutions.
• Ensure consistency and scalability across Workday modules, reporting, integrations and security.
• Evaluate and implement new Workday capabilities and releases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for reliable, secure integrations.
• Establish governance standards for Workday configuration, security, data quality, testing and release management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation.
• Stay updated on emerging HR technology trends.
