Job summary

Radiocrafts, part of LumenRadio, is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager based in Oslo. You will be the technical partner to OEM customers, guiding them from early discussions through design-in to production readiness.

You will work with customers' technical teams to understand their applications, demonstrate system architectures, and translate requirements into wireless solutions, traveling 5–10 days per month across Europe and North America.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related technical discipline.
Professional experience with wireless communication systems; knowledge of short-range radio technologies.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role, supporting OEM customers and development teams through technical evaluation, product selection and design-in.
Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Act as technical partner to OEM customers throughout the design-in process from early discussions to production readiness.
Explain complex technical concepts in a clear, practical way and translate customer needs into Radiocrafts solutions.
Collaborate with R&D, sales and support teams to identify opportunities, demonstrate architectures and drive design wins.
