Job summary

Radiocrafts, a leading RF module designer now part of LumenRadio, seeks a Technical Solutions Manager in Oslo to guide OEM customers through design-in, evaluation and production readiness of wireless solutions, collaborating with R&D and technical sales.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, Electronics or Telecommunications, hands-on wireless knowledge, and strong English. Expect regular travel in Europe and North America (5–10 days/month) and close work with international customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related technical discipline
• Professional experience with wireless communication systems and a strong understanding of short-range radio
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, supporting OEM customers and development teams through technical evaluation, product selection and design-in
• Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience from applications such as smart metering, sub-metering or industrial IoT is valuable, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand and evaluate Radiocrafts’ wireless solutions and guide design-in to production readiness.
• Collaborate with customers’ technical teams to translate requirements into concrete wireless architectures.
• Demonstrate and discuss system range, power, data needs and installation environments.
