Job summary

Radiocrafts, part of LumenRadio, is seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Manager in Oslo to help customers evaluate and design in our wireless solutions.

You will bridge technology and customer needs, work with OEMs through design-in, discuss architecture, data requirements, power, and installation environments, and drive design wins with our R&D team in Oslo. Regular EU/NA travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or related.
• Experience with wireless communication systems, short-range radio tech (Sub-GHz relevant).
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, supporting OEMs through evaluation, selection and design-in.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the design-in process from early technical discussions to design wins and production readiness.
• Translate customer needs into wireless solutions with system architecture, data, range and power considerations.
• Collaborate with customers' technical teams and our R&D in Oslo to identify opportunities and support market expansion.
• Travel as needed (regular customer visits and industry events), ~5–10 days per month, mainly in Europe.
