Brookfield Residential, a leading North American land developer and homebuilder, seeks a part-time Community Representative to join our Webster Welcome Center team. You will welcome visitors, register guests, and support marketing and builder relations while conveying our brand story in a warm, professional manner.

This onsite role focuses on customer experience, coordination of events, content updates, and administrative tasks, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' customer service in hospitality, real estate, or retail preferred.
• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Superior oral and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to work weekends and some weekdays/holidays for 20–25 hrs/week.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office; CRM experience helpful.
• Marketing/Sales background is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Guide the Welcome Center guest experience in person to meet or exceed expectations.
• Register guests and capture guest information.
• Assist in updating website content weekly for accuracy and current events.
• Open, maintain and close the Welcome Center per procedures.
• Support the community brand at touchpoints in Welcome Center, model homes, and amenities.
• Assist Marketing Manager with Builder Relations, meetings and events.
• Perform administrative tasks: presentations, emails, special projects.
• Place supply orders and maintain inventory of supplies and gifts.
• Support on- and offsite events, vendor coordination and guest registration.
