Job summary

KB Home is seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Counselor to join our field teams at one of our home communities. The role focuses on meeting prospective buyers, presenting the benefits of our newly constructed homes, demonstrating models, and guiding clients toward closing with a customer-first approach.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort using social media to drive traffic. This onsite position requires flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience; new home sales experience preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with literature and lead them to information.
• Demonstrate models and discuss floor plans and options.
• Respond to customer inquiries and overcome objections to close sales.
• Coordinate offers and refer financing questions to KBHS lender.
• Maintain community models and marketing materials; host events.
• Generate prospects via networking and referrals.
