Job summary

GreenLine Electronics is seeking an entry level Concierge in the US to deliver friendly, helpful service to guests and residents. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and assist with check-in procedures while coordinating services.

This role requires a high school diploma, excellent English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• No prior experience required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
• Make reservations for dining, events, transportation, and other services as requested.
• Communicate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively and elevate when necessary.
• Keep lobby area clean and organized at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and data entry.
