Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities on-site in multiple California communities is seeking a Community Relations Representative to be the first point of contact for residents. You will handle move-in/out, inquiries, renewals, and transfers while ensuring exceptional service and accurate data in OneSite.

The role emphasizes resident retention, tenant satisfaction, and contributing to financial goals through renewals and leasing support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year experience in customer service preferred.
• Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
• Ability to handle basic accounting principles and concepts.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for all resident interactions on site.
• Assists with inquiries including move-in, move-out, renewals, transfers and evictions.
• Promotes positive customer interactions to ensure high-quality Irvine Company experiences.
• Performs resident retention calls and records information in OneSite.
• Assists with completing applications and related paperwork.
• Monitors resident concerns and follows up for feedback through surveys/reviews.
