Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a Field Service Engineer/Technician to install and configure automated medication dispensing hardware in healthcare facilities. Travel is 100% locally, regionally, and nationally; per-diem, assignment-based work with paid training.

Requires upper secondary education or higher, English and Swedish, and 1+ year experience in electronics/hardware/software or mechanics. Valid driver’s license and facility credentialing may be required.

Qualifications

Upper secondary education or higher is required.
English and Swedish spoken language is required.
Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow.
Must clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements including vaccination status.

Responsibilities

Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical devices.
Review of schematics/drawings and logistics to support installation activities.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
Ensure work complies with quality and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with support staff to manage timelines and customer needs.
Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
