Job summary

PerkinElmer in Oslo seeks a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, maintenance, and validation of ICPMS and related analytical instruments across the Nordic region.

You will train customers onsite, document service activities, and collaborate with the Regional Group Leader to ensure high-quality support and compliance with company standards. A Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering and ICPMS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a field service role or lab using ICPMS.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, maintenance, installation and validation.
• Provide onsite user training on defined product groups (ICPMS).
• Coordinate with Regional Group Leader to meet European service standards.
• Maintain documentation, manuals and calibration records.
