Job summary

Linde Gas AS invites you to join their logistics team in Oslo, focusing on safe, compliant distribution operations across Norway. You will help maintain the Bulk fleet and manage relationships with transport contractors, ensuring ADR/GDP/GMP/HSE/SHEQ compliance and continuous improvement across functions.

Ideal candidates have experience in logistics or distribution, knowledge of transport regulations, and strong analytical skills, with fluency in English and Norwegian.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cryogenic gases, bulk distribution, and transport safety.
• Technical interest in cryogenic equipment and bulk gas installations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, compliant, cost-effective distribution operations across Norway.
• Contribute to maintenance of the Bulk fleet (~40 trucks).
• Coordinate transport contractors, monitor performance, and manage contracts.
• Ensure compliance with ADR, GDP, GMP, and SHEQ standards.
• Support safety, incident management, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate driver training and competency management.
• Assist Sales and Customer Engineering with transport projects.
• Manage transport-related financial processes including invoices and purchases.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, SHEQ, contractors, and REN stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and automation standards.

• You support the safe, compliant, and cost-effective execution of distribution operations across Norway
• Contribute to handle maintance forthe Bulk fleet of approximately 40 trucks
• Further more dayily follow up the relationships with transport contractors, including performance reviews, compliance follow-up, and contract management activities
• Ensure compliance with Linde standards and applicable regulations, including Agreement of Dangerous goods by Road (ADR), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and SHEQ requirements
• Also contribute to transport safety, incident management, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions
• Coordinate driver training and competency management, ensuring compliance with local procedures
• You will support Sales, Customer Engineering Services, and customers with transport-related projects, including tank sizing assessments, cryogenic equipment solutions, and new installation activities
• Manage transport-related financial processes, including contractor invoices, supplier purchases, and cost control activities
• Also collaborate closely with logistics, operations, SHEQ, contractors, and Region Europe North (REN) stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement will be one of the key contact partner for the automation systems strategy and standards for all Linde plants

What makes you great

• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, production, or distribution operations
• You have knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements, including ADR, GDP, GMP, and HSE/SHEQ standards
• Understanding of industrial and cryogenic gases, bulk distribution, and transport safety requirements
