Job summary

Linde Gas AS in Oslo seeks a Transport Specialist to support safe, compliant, and cost-efficient distribution operations across Norway. You will manage a ~40-truck Bulk fleet, liaise with transport contractors, and ensure ADR, GDP, GMP and SHEQ compliance while driving safety, audits and continuous improvement.

You will also train drivers, support sales and customer engineering services on transport projects, and handle related financial processes with suppliers and invoices in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management or distribution operations.
• Knowledge of ADR, GDP, GMP, and HSE/SHEQ standards.
• Understanding of cryogenic gases and bulk distribution.
• Interest in cryogenic equipment installations and bulk gas applications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and SAP or similar ERP.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, compliant, and cost-effective distribution operations across Norway.
• Contribute to maintenance for the Bulk fleet of ~40 trucks.
• Follow up relationships with transport contractors, including performance reviews and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with ADR, GDP, GMP and SHEQ requirements.
• Contribute to transport safety, incident management, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate driver training and competency management according to local procedures.
• Support Sales, Customer Engineering Services, and customers with transport-related projects.
• Manage transport-related financial processes, including contractor invoices and supplier purchases.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, SHEQ, contractors, and Region Europe North to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement for automation systems standards.
