Job summary

Nexans in Oslo, Norway, is seeking a Senior Tender Manager for a 12‑month assignment. You will join the Sales & Tender team to lead multinational bids for large and complex EPCI projects.

The role requires 5+ years in tendering or related fields, a technical B.S., strong negotiation skills, and fluent English. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Installation, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, sales, or project management.
• A B.S. degree (technical background preferred).
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a collaborative mindset.

We are looking for a Tender Manager to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 12 months. The position is expected to start in [month/year]. You will join the Sales & Tender team based in Oslo, Norway. This dynamic and collaborative team includes experts from various disciplines who work together to deliver high‑impact tender projects. As Senior Tender Manager, you will report to Head of Tendering and lead multifunctional teams across Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Installation, and Finance. The role is based in our Oslo office, with opportunities for cross‑functional collaboration across our global organization.
