Job summary

Nexans in Oslo, Norway, invites applications for a Senior Tender Manager to join the Sales & Tender team. You will lead the preparation and submission of bids for large, complex EPCI projects and coordinate cross‑functional experts across Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Installation, and Finance.

The role requires at least 5 years in tendering, sales, or project management, plus a technical degree and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, sales, or project management.
• B.S. degree (technical background preferred).
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM
We are looking for a Tender Manager to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 12 months. The position is expected to start in [month/year].You will join the Sales & Tender team based in Oslo, Norway. This dynamic and collaborative team includes experts from various disciplines who work together to deliver high-impact tender projects. As Senior Tender Manager, you will report to Head of Tendering and lead multifunctional teams across Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Installation, and Finance. The role is based in our Oslo office, with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration across our global organization.
