Job summary

SwiftMove Logistics is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our busy Os office. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This temporary role offers training opportunities and potential for long-term employment for the right candidate. Salary is $900 per month, negotiable based on experience.

• Prior experience in restaurant/hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with the Restaurant Manager and manage staff schedules.
• Train and coach new employees on policies, menu items and service standards.
• Ensure food and beverages meet company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate to develop strategies to boost sales and improve guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
