Job description

We are a growing restaurant in search of a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with accommodation not provided but visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant including budgeting, inventory management and staff scheduling
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor sales and revenue to meet financial targets
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices for ingredients

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations including budgeting, inventory management and customer service
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
