Job summary

Volue is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to join the Nordic Distribution Support team in Trondheim or Arendal. You will handle Elsmart-related inquiries, log and prioritize requests, and guide customers through solutions with clear communication.

You will work with multiple teams to resolve issues, contribute to process improvements, and participate in customer training where relevant. This is an entry-to-mid level role suitable for someone eager to grow in technical support and problem

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred or recent graduates with motivation to learn.
• You are curious, structured and able to learn about both technology and how our solutions are used by customers.
• You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and can explain technical topics to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log and prioritize customer requests and incidents.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Follow up with customers throughout the lifecycle of a case and ensure clear communication.
• Coordinate cases that require involvement from other teams or areas of expertise.
• Collaborate with Managed Services, Consultants, Developers and Product.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of Support processes.
