Job summary

Xapien, a UK-based AI due diligence platform, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the technical surface of our product: the data we ingest, how our research engine investigates, and the APIs that embed Xapien into customers’ workflows.

You will read API docs, sketch data flows, and translate technical concepts into a roadmap that commercial teams and enterprise customers can support and buy into.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, with meaningful time spent on technical products — APIs, integrations, data platforms, or developer-facing tools.
• Comfortable reasoning about APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and authentication; able to read technical documentation and discuss design with engineers.
• Hands-on experience with API tooling and using Claude to accelerate prototyping and concepts before production.

Responsibilities

• Frame and prioritise problems independently and propose validated solutions for timely, high-quality releases.
• Lead discovery with customer interviews, usage data, and market analysis and weave insights into the product strategy.
• Co-ordinate across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Support, and commercial teams to remove blockers and align roadmaps.
• Own product metrics and balance user value with commercial value in decision-making.
• Own roadmap for data integrations and external data sources feeding Xapien's research.
• Shape investigative strategy and ensure engineering embeds domain expertise into product behaviour.
• Define how Xapien plugs into customer workflows (CRMs, onboarding, screening) and ensure scalable adoption.
• Own API/MCP direction, design consistency, versioning, and developer experience; own docs and examples for developers.
