Job summary

Teya is building a fintech platform for local businesses across Europe, with offices in London and Porto. You will lead the onboarding journey, drive activation and revenue-critical metrics, and collaborate across Sales Platform, Risk, Engineering and Design to improve the merchant onboarding experience.

With 3–5 years in product, you will own funnels, dashboards (Amplitude), and data-informed decisions, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and impact in multi-market environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product, preferably onboarding or activation focused.
• Proven experience owning a funnel and moving a metric.
• Ability to pull numbers with SQL or a self-serve tool and translate to actions.
• Comfort working with Risk, Engineering, Design and Sales across multiple markets.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey from offer to activated member.
• Drive first-pass approval rate by reducing friction and rework.
• Own the roadmap and data, identify funnel leaks and build business cases.
• Use AI as a core part of workflow to create reusable skills and automations.
