EG is seeking an AI-Native Product Manager for Landax, based in Oslo or Tønsberg. You will work with the Product Management team to translate customer interviews into sharp problem statements, and shape intelligent features using AI tools.

You will write clear requirements and partner with engineering, UX and QA to release features that maximize customer value and business impact. You will also support sales and marketing with product expertise, while shaping go-to-market strategies and

Qualificações

• 2–4 years in product management or similar role, SaaS/B2B preferred.
• Everyday use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) with concrete outcomes.
• Practical understanding of AI limits, privacy and bias.
• Fluent English and fluent Danish or Norwegian, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to juggle priorities across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Talk to customers often and turn interviews into sharp problem statements and opportunities.
• Use AI tools to research markets and prototype ideas in hours, and share workflows.
• Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with engineering/UX/QA.
• Prioritise by customer value, effort and business impact and use data/experiments to adjust course.
• Define use cases, success measures, and quality guardrails with the team.
• Support go-to-market with product expertise and collaborate with product marketing.
