Malt is accelerating its Tech & Product transformation and seeks a Tech & Product Recruiter to partner with the CTO, CPO and senior leadership. You will lead engineering, data and product hiring with rigor, analytics, and scalable processes.

The role requires 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, strong senior-search experience, English fluency (French a plus), and a data-driven approach. Hybrid work with a Paris office and stock options are offered.

• Strategic Hiring Partnership: translate business ambition into hiring priorities with stakeholders
• High-Stakes Search Leadership: lead complex searches and build long-term pipelines
• Talent Bar Raising: calibrate evaluations to help hiring managers make data-informed decisions
• Building a Scalable Engine: improve tools, workflows, and automation to increase hiring velocity and visibility
• Market Intelligence: provide insights on hiring market friction points and diversity
• Strategic Impact: refine org design and strengthen Malt’s long-term health
