Job summary

Ryan seeks a Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax-enabled ERP transformations and drive compliance across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion and D365. You will work with tax, finance and technology stakeholders to design scalable tax processes and controls.

You will lead ERP tax workstreams, embed tax in O2C, P2P, intercompany and R2R, and mentor junior colleagues while supporting business development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years combined tax and technology experience.
• Experience with tax-enabled ERP implementations and e-invoicing/digital compliance solutions.
• Strong understanding of indirect tax; exposure to direct tax and/or transfer pricing is a plus.
• Fluent English; Nordic language skills (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in project-based delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver ERP tax workstreams in SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion and D365, including requirement gathering, design support, testing coordination and go-live readiness.
• Support embedding tax requirements into business processes such as order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), intercompany, and record-to-report (R2R).
• Help document and manage tax-related controls, configuration requirements, and process flows.
• Support impact assessments, solution design and implementation activities related to e-invoicing, SAF-T, e-reporting, and real-time reporting mandates.
• Assist clients in operationalizing compliance obligations and integrating these into ERP and finance processes, including but not limited to: Nordic SAF-T, NemHandel and digital bookkeeping; BEPS Pillar Two data readiness.
