Job summary

Techstep is seeking an ambitious SAP & Finance Transformation Lead to own day-to-day SAP S/4HANA finance operations, governance, and the roadmap. You will map and redesign end-to-end Finance processes across accounting, banking, and master data, collaborating with Finance, IT, banks, and external partners in Norway, Sweden, and Poland.

Reporting to the CFO, you will drive automation, KPI baselines, and measurable gains in efficiency, data quality, and control.

Qualifications

• Experience with Finance systems, ERP, or process improvement and ownership of operational issues.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, master data, banking, and payments).
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Finance tech and SAP S/4HANA; Public Cloud is a plus.
• Experience mapping and standardising Finance processes across countries and driving automation.
• Ability to translate management reporting needs into master data, reporting dimensions, and integration requirements.
• Digital mindset with enthusiasm for automation, analytics, AI, and data-driven improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP Finance operations, governance, and development roadmap.
• Manage SAP access, roles, licenses, and reviews.
• Govern master data processes and drive data quality improvements.
• Map and automate banking and payment processes with treasury partners.
• Lead invoicing solutions, SAP integrations, and automation opportunities.
• Lead Finance system incidents and enhancements from analysis to benefits review.
• Represent Finance in SAP governance and country-specific requirements.
• Build a prioritized Finance tech roadmap with KPIs and measurable gains.
