Job summary

Park Avenue is recruiting a Supported Housing Officer for a 6-month contract in London, with hybrid working and a full UK driving licence required.

You will manage a patch of supported and sheltered housing schemes, build strong relationships with residents, handle tenancy and neighbourhood management, ASB cases, complaints, estate inspections, and coordinate repairs with internal teams and external agencies to ensure residents receive support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Supported Housing, Housing Management, Tenancy Management or Neighbourhood Services
• Experience supporting vulnerable residents
• Knowledge of ASB and tenancy management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and manage tenancy and neighbourhood duties
• Manage ASB cases, handle complaints, and undertake estate inspections
• Coordinate repairs and work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure residents receive support
• Deliver a high-quality housing management service while balancing resident engagement and tenancy sustainment

Supported Housing Officer - 6 Month Contract

Are you an experienced Supported Housing professional looking for your next contract?

I'm currently working with a housing provider seeking a Supported Housing Officer on an initial 6-month contract to manage a patch of supported and sheltered housing schemes.

This is a varied frontline role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, carrying out tenancy and neighbourhood management, managing ASB cases, handling complaints, undertaking estate inspections, supporting vulnerable customers, coordinating repairs, and working alongside internal teams and external agencies to ensure residents receive the support they need.

The successful candidate will be confident taking ownership of their patch and delivering a high-quality housing management service, while balancing resident engagement, tenancy sustainment, safeguarding concerns and property-related issues
