Job summary

AutoStore AS in Stavanger, Norway seeks an energetic support specialist to provide first- and second-line remote assistance for Pio customers and distributors across Europe. You will diagnose issues using remote tools, guide customers through fixes, and ensure tickets are resolved within SLAs.

What you’ll be working on
