Job summary

Motive Offshore Group in Stavanger, Norway, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to lead technical and commercial engagement with Subsea Testing clients. You will identify opportunities, shape solutions, and close deals with operators and subsea contractors.

Based in Stavanger, you will drive sales targets, develop the regional strategy, and collaborate with UK C-Kore team. Travel within Norway and internationally as required; join a motivated global team committed to safe, sustainable energy

Qualifications

Proven track record in technical sales or business development within offshore energy.
Knowledge of subsea testing services and equipment.
Established network with Norwegian operators and subsea contractors.
Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
Experience preparing tenders and negotiating commercial terms.
Engineering degree or technical qualification.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and close new business with operators, subsea contractors and engineering companies, growing sales revenue and margin.
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building relationships with client engineers and senior decision makers.
Engage clients early in the project lifecycle to understand testing requirements and position Motive solutions.
Lead proposals, quotations and tender submissions with operations, engineering and commercial teams.
Travel within Norway and internationally as required.
