Motive Offshore Group in Stavanger, Norway, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer – Subsea Testing to lead technical and commercial client engagement and close deals with operators and subsea contractors. The role drives Subsea Testing sales targets, coordinates with the UK C-Kore team, and collaborates with a regional sales team to grow revenue while ensuring safe, compliant delivery.

• Proven track record in technical sales or business development within offshore energy or subsea sectors.
• Knowledge of subsea testing services and equipment.
• Established network across Norwegian operators, subsea contractors and engineering firms.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• Experience preparing tenders and negotiating commercial terms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation of proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Provide technical advice on subsea testing scopes and equipment selection.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions within delegated authority.
• Travel within Norway and internationally as required.
• Develop and close new business with operators and subsea contractors.
