Job summary

IKM is seeking an experienced lead for concept and project development in subsea disciplines. The role involves defining scopes, managing tendering, preparing technical documents, and overseeing contractor performance, with occasional offshore commissioning.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree, at least 5 years in subsea production systems or tie-back projects, and fluency in English; Norwegian skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with subsea production systems and/or tie-back projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Norwegian language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept and project development within your discipline.
• Define scopes, descriptions, and select relevant technical requirements.
• Manage tendering and evaluation activities.
• Prepare technical documents for project sanction, studies, and contract tendering.
• Oversee contractor performance during project execution.
• Participate in sporadic offshore commissioning campaigns.
