Job summary

In Head Energy seeks an SPS Lead to drive concept and project development within subsea disciplines. The role involves scope definitions, selecting technical requirements, and leading tendering/evaluation activities for sanction studies and contract tendering.

Applicants should have 5+ years of subsea production systems or tie-back project experience, a technical degree, and strong English. Norwegian language skills are beneficial for offshore collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with subsea production systems and/or tie-back projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Norwegian language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Concept and project development within your discipline.
• Scope definitions/descriptions and selection of relevant technical requirements.
• Tendering and evaluation activities.
• Preparing of technical documents for project sanction, studies and contract tendering.
• Contractor follow-up in project execution.
• Sporadic offshore commissioning campaigns.
