Part-time Student Role Supporting Senior Management

Are you a structured, curious and ambitious student who would like to gain first‑hand insight into leadership, business and the maritime industry?

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Regional Manager for DNV Maritime in Northern Europe in a part‑time role for 30% of working time.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and support a broad range of activities, from preparing meetings and presentations to coordinating events, travel and stakeholder activities.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work close to senior management and gain exposure to an international business environment and the maritime industry.

What you will be doing

Your responsibilities will vary depending on priorities and may include:

Preparing and coordinating meetings, customer visits and events

Supporting the preparation of presentations, speeches and internal/external communications
