Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative selling or strategic advisory roles in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Deep domain knowledge of workforce planning and related processes.
• Ability to develop enablement programs and deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Enablement to integrate Workforce Applications into GTM motion.
• Create and deliver sales plays, ROI insights, customer stories and training materials.
• Align Workforce Applications demonstrations with prospect and customer requirements.
• Communicate complex workforce domain concepts to Sales and customers.
• Provide market insights and use cases for customer discovery.
• Deliver feedback to Product Team to improve applications.
• Support sales in key opportunities and discovery workshops.
• Represent the company at events and contribute content via blogs, webcasts and whitepapers.
