Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Technology Architect for the Autonomous Workforce to drive partner growth across AI‑powered workflows in IT services and employee experience. This senior role blends deep ITSM/ITOM expertise with business acumen and scalable partner activation.

Qualifications

8+ years in pre‑sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting with ITSM/ITOM or enterprise service management experience.
5+ years deep domain expertise in IT service management, IT operations, HR service delivery, or enterprise workflow automation.
Expert‑level knowledge of incident, problem, and change management, CMDB/CSDM, event management and AIOps, knowledge management, and employee self‑service.
Demonstrated understanding of competitive landscape (BMC, Atlassian, Ivanti, Microsoft) and related platforms.
Experience engaging with CIO/IT operations and CHRO executives and collaborating with partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go‑to IT, operations, and employee workflow expert across the partner ecosystem.
Lead technical workshops with partners and engage CIO, VP IT Operations, and CHRO stakeholders.
Co‑design autonomous‑workforce solutions and reference architectures across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SPM.
Mentor partner architects and pre‑sales teams on solution positioning and differentiation.
Represent ServiceNow Autonomous Workforce innovation at events and forums.
