Job summary

Krush Tech Talent Team is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop robust manufacturing processes for high-performance products. You will work across CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and secondary operations on the production floor and with design teams.

You will validate processes, optimize production efficiency, and ensure repeatable, high-quality output while supporting the transition from prototype to serial production. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing/Process Eng roles.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining and tooling.
• Ability to read drawings and GD&T.
• Analytical and structured problem solving.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate and improve manufacturing processes for CNC and additive manufacturing.
• Define machining strategies, tooling, fixtures and process parameters.
• Support new product industrialization and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Create manufacturing docs, work instructions and process specs.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance.
• Assist equipment selection and tooling development.
• Ensure processes meet quality, safety and operational standards.
