Job summary

Orkla House Care in Oslo is seeking a structured Portfolio Lead to drive governance and transparency across strategic initiatives. You will report to the Transformation & Technology Director and collaborate with the Leadership Team and stakeholders across Finance, Digital, Commercial, Operations, Product & Innovation and Marketing.

The role emphasises governance, reporting and value realisation, with a focus on KPIs, risk management and data quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT or finance.
Experience in project, programme or portfolio management.
Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
Experience with governance, reporting, risk management and decision tracking.
Experience supporting KPI management or value tracking.
Strong analytical and storytelling ability with data.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
Fluent in English; Scandinavian language a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain the governance framework and operating rhythm for Orkla House Care's Strategic Portfolio.
Prepare portfolio reviews, decision material and reporting for senior stakeholders and the Leadership Team.
Drive portfolio status reporting and identify risks, dependencies and resource constraints.
Provide portfolio insights and recommendations to support prioritisation and decisions.
Support development and follow-up of KPIs, business outcomes and value realisation.
Collaborate with Finance, Digital and business stakeholders to establish reliable reporting processes.
Facilitate regular portfolio review sessions with initiative owners and stakeholders.
Maintain portfolio tools, governance documentation and reporting structures.
Support ongoing development of portfolio management practices across Orkla House Care.
