B2 Impact Group in Oslo seeks a Group Financial Controller to join a skilled Group Finance team and lead consolidated reporting, accounting, and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with Group Finance and local teams across Europe, gaining international exposure within a listed, dynamic organisation.

The role involves process improvements, financial analysis, and building strong understanding of business finance operations while contributing to governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience (audit, financial reporting, controlling or similar).
• Experience with IFRS reporting is an advantage.
• Experience with Cognos or similar reporting tools is beneficial.
• BI tools and management reporting experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and numerical proficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Prepare parent company financial statements and tax filings.
• Perform analytical reviews and QA of subsidiary reporting.
• Provide guidance to local finance teams on consolidation and reporting.
• Support parent accounting team on accounting topics.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify process improvements and support best-practice implementation.
• Collaborate with external auditors.
• Monitor accounting standards and reporting changes.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses.
