Job summary

Höegh Autoliners is seeking a Strategic Projects Manager in Oslo to drive high‑impact initiatives that shape our strategy, improve performance, and create long‑term value. You will report to the Head of Corporate Projects and collaborate with senior leaders across regions and functions on high‑visibility programs.

You will lead complex projects, break down business challenges, and translate insights into executable actions that strengthen our green and digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or strategy.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience defining, solving, and implementing complex business challenges.
• Exposure to commercial topics such as product, pricing, or revenue optimization is an advantage.
• Experience with operational optimization such as fuel, stowage, or other efficiency initiatives is a plus.
• Experience using data and technology to improve processes, workflows, or business performance is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into practical recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence people across different levels, functions, and geographies.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and the drive to move initiatives from idea to execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to strategic projects from initial problem definition through implementation and follow-up.
• Break down complex business challenges into clear, structured problems and develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Turn insights into action, working with teams across the organization to implement solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to build alignment, maintain momentum, and ensure effective execution.
• Work across functions and geographies, collaborating with colleagues and project teams to address business‑critical priorities.
• Help identify and shape new opportunities for growth, efficiency, and value creation across the business.
