Job summary

Orkla House Care seeks a structured Portfolio Lead to drive governance, transparency and decision-making for its strategic portfolio. You will work with the Leadership Team and stakeholders across Finance, Digital, Commercial, Operations, Product & Innovation and Marketing to ensure initiatives stay on track and deliver value.

You will report to the Transformation & Technology Director and help establish reliable reporting, manage risks, and optimise portfolio value across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Finance or related field.
• Experience in project, programme or portfolio management.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Experience with governance processes, reporting structures, risk management and decision tracking.
• Experience supporting business performance, KPI management or value tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Scandinavian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the governance framework and operating rhythm for Orkla House Care's Strategic Portfolio.
• Prepare portfolio reviews, decision material and reporting for senior stakeholders and Leadership Team.
• Drive portfolio status reporting and identify risks, dependencies and timing conflicts across the portfolio.
• Provide clear portfolio insights and recommendations to support prioritisation and decisions.
• Develop and follow up KPIs, business outcomes and value realisation across initiatives; collaborate on reliable reporting processes.
• Facilitate regular portfolio review sessions with initiative owners and stakeholders.
• Maintain portfolio tools, governance documentation and reporting structures.
• Support ongoing development of portfolio management practices across Orkla House Care.
