Job summary

Orkla House Care seeks a Portfolio Lead to manage strategic initiatives with strong governance and clear reporting. You will collaborate with the Leadership Team and stakeholders across Finance, Digital, Commercial, Operations, Product & Innovation and Marketing to ensure value delivery and risk visibility.

You will drive governance, prepare portfolio reviews, and maintain reliable reporting while coordinating with initiative owners across international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project, programme, or portfolio management.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives in a matrix organisation.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Scandinavian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio governance, reporting and value realisation across strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate governance framework and operating rhythm for the strategic portfolio.
• Prepare portfolio reviews and reporting for senior stakeholders and Leadership Team.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and timing conflicts across the portfolio.
• Provide portfolio insights to support prioritisation and decision-making.
• Support KPI development and value tracking for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Digital and business stakeholders on reporting processes.
• Facilitate regular portfolio reviews with initiative owners and stakeholders.
