This role focuses on high-volume, commercial, specialist and senior hires, leveraging AI/automation and an ATS to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume recruitment at scale.
• Strong track record hiring commercial, specialist and senior talent.
• Commercial mindset with analytical rigor and target ownership.
• Familiarity with ATS, RPO management and structured assessment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-volume recruitment with proven success in prior roles.
• Leading, coaching and optimising a TA team, including capacity and productivity.
• Owning recruitment funnel metrics: conversion, pacing, time-to-hire and source performance.
• Building creative sourcing, programmatic job advertising and social hiring campaigns.
• Owning employer brand and EVP.
• Designing efficient processes across high-volume and high-touch hiring.
• Maximising ATS and using AI/automation to improve reporting and operations.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders for fast, data-led hiring decisions.
• Ensuring robust UK compliance across right-to-work, screening and data protection.
