Job summary

Errigal is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale data centre construction projects across Europe. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Based in Oslo, you will oversee planning, procurement, health and safety, and handover activities while maintaining strong client engagement and proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of construction and best practices.
• Detailed understanding of budget build ups and costs.
• Detailed knowledge of commercials and financials on a project.
• Ability to ensure standards and specifications are met.
• Ability to work within a team environment contributing across the business unit or area.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data centre projects through full lifecycle.
• Ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, programmes and resource schedules.
• Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning.
• Ensure compliance with client specs and industry standards.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Be the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships via regular updates.
• Chair meetings and provide updates on progress and risks.
• Manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate site management teams to achieve objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across the project.
• Coordinate activities across disciplines.
• Monitor productivity and resource allocation.
• Review and approve methodologies and sequencing plans.
• Monitor procurement schedules for timely delivery.
• Maintain project documentation per procedures.
• Promote health and safety culture.
• Ensure works meet specifications and standards.
• Manage inspections, audits, snagging.
• Drive right-first-time culture.
• Maintain quality docs and certifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients during commissioning.
• Manage completion, handover, and defects resolution.
